Contains lemon balm extract, L-theanine, passionflower and GABA

Thanks to changes in regulation, our earlier successful product has been given a new lease of life, and besides lemon balm extract and the amino acid L-theanine obtained from green tea, it now also contains passionflower extract and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter also found in foods, produced by plant fermentation. Although green teas contain caffeine, some varieties balance the stimulating effect of caffeine thanks to their high L-theanine and GABA content. Our product contains no caffeine at all, but contains significantly more GABA and L-theanine per capsule than the typical consumption servings of these tea varieties, and it is also armed with the power of lemon balm and passionflower.

Recommended dosage: We recommend it for daily use if stress is part of your everyday life. In this case, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules in the morning and in the afternoon as well. For occasional use, we recommend taking 1-3 capsules when you crave relaxation. It does not make you drowsy, so it can be taken during the day, even while working, but it is also a good idea (1-3 capsules) if you have trouble sleeping because of racing thoughts. It is also worth trying alongside coffee, if you crave the stimulating effect of coffee but not its nervousness-increasing effect (1-2 capsules). We do not recommend taking more than 3 capsules at once, nor more than 6 capsules per day.

Attention: do not take on the same day as other products containing green tea. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and those under 18 must not take it.

Shelf life: Cut open the pouch inside the box with scissors along the notch visible on its edges, and later reseal it carefully; this way its contents remain consumable for a quarter of a year.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children.
